1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using schoolcare (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, students, and parents.

2. Description of Service

schoolcare is a cloud-based school management platform provided by Aylimitless. The Service includes modules for result processing, attendance tracking, CBT examinations, parent communication, fee management, and related administrative tools.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Access to schoolcare is offered through tiered subscription plans (Lite, Standard, Premium) priced per student per term. Payment is required in full before account activation. Aylimitless reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is licensed solely for use by the subscribing school institution. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful school management purposes
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights

5. Data Ownership

All data entered into the platform by a school institution (student records, results, attendance, etc.) remains the property of that institution. Aylimitless acts as a data processor and will not use your school's data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

6. Availability & Uptime

Aylimitless will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

Aylimitless may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a school violates these Terms, fails to renew a subscription, or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Schools may request account closure by contacting support; data export will be made available for a reasonable period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aylimitless shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic records.

9. Modifications to Terms

Aylimitless reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or in-platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the schoolcare platform
• Send account notifications, invoices, and support communications
• Generate anonymized, aggregated product analytics
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Student Data

schoolcare takes the protection of student data seriously. Student records including names, results, attendance, and parent contact information are processed only as instructed by the subscribing school. Schools bear responsibility for obtaining appropriate consent from parents and guardians where required by local law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers with access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and regular backups. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune from breaches and we encourage schools to use strong passwords and restrict access appropriately.

5. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of the subscription. Upon termination, data is held for a 60-day grace period during which export can be requested. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

schoolcare may integrate with third-party services (email delivery, payment processing). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies. We select only reputable providers and share the minimum data necessary for service operation.

7. Cookies & Session Data

We use session cookies solely to maintain authenticated user sessions. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used on the schoolcare platform.

8. Your Rights

School administrators may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their institution's data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
